The stress!!!

Nowadays we live in a very busy world; we have many problems and worries that often cause tension and anxiety like relationship problems, family conflicts, death of a close relative, heavy emotions or a natural disaster like an earthquake. Furthermore often the people think that in the job or school there are too many pressures and demands on them, all these situations can cause stress in the people, for this reason the stress is a very common problem in the world.
The stress is a nervous, hormonal and immune system alteration. This alteration is caused by the intensive activity of these systems when the people have some worry.
 All the persons respond different to this situation, some people become angry and others develop eating disorders or substance abuse problems, but the most typical symptoms are: anxiety or panic attacks, irritability, headaches, chest pain, stomach problems, allergic reactions such as eczema, sleeping problems and sadness or depression.
There are many relaxation techniques for delete the stress, like yoga or meditation, but also is many important to know that when the people have stress need the support of all their family because this is a very awkward situation.
In the future we are going to work many people and they can have many problems like these and is our responsibility to help them, we should give them all our support and information about the stress because I think that there are many people whit this problems but they don’t know about this disorder.
